Parking stickers are available to the community. Stickers MUST be on your vehicles effective
April 1st of each year. This rule applies to all members--owners or renters--who reside in the community.
You may obtain your parking stickers at the clubhouse during regular clubhouse hours which are: Wednesday’s (7:30 pm – 9:30 pm)
Saturday’s (10:00 am - 1:00pm)

| Requirements to obtain parking sticker: | | 1. Your vehicle must be legally registered in Pennsylvania with your Valleybrook address. | | 2. Clearly and legibly fill out the PARKING PERMIT APPLICATION FORM. | 3. Payment in full for a secondary sticker
(Valid 4/1/2011 – 4/1/2012). | | 4. Present the parking form and valid vehicle registration at the clubhouse during sale hours. | 5. Place your sticker on the upper driver’s side windshield.a. **** Renters must provide a copy of their signed lease showing residence in Valleybrook. b. **** Company vehicle requires information on company letterhead showing that the vehicle is for your exclusive use.
| | Requirements to obtain handicapped sticker: | | 1. Vehicle legally registered in Pennsylvania at a Valleybrook address with a valid handicapped plate or permanent placard. | | 2. Licensed PA handicapped driver registered at the Valleybrook address. | | 3. Any signage, markings, etc. will be installed at the owner’s expense. |
