Welcome to the Village of Valleybrook! As a Valleybrook homeowner you are responsible to pay a monthly maintenance fee (MMF) each and every month.
Effective July 1, 2010 the current MMF is $205 due by the 5th day of the month.
Owners who fail to pay their MMF by the 5th day of the month are subject to a $20 late fee.
Late fees will continue to accure every month until the balance on the account is zero. Owners may pay their MMF by check. Please make checks payable to Valleybrook Homeowners Association (VBHA).
The check should then be put in a sealed envelope and dropped off at the clubhouse dropbox (located by the main doors of the clubhouse) or mailed to Valleybrook's P.O. Box address (P.O. Box 394 - Chester Heights, PA 19017).
Please include your house # in the memo field of your check.
This procedure should be followed each and every month that you are a resident living in the Village of Valleybrook.
Financial inquires regarding your account should be directed to the Treasurer on the Board of Directors. |
