Thank you to every community member who took the time to cast their vote for the October At-Large election.  We received a good amount of ballots this year and the Board is pleased to see people taking part in the community.

Election materials were mailed to all homeowner's on Friday, October 7, 2011.  In your envelope you will have received the election letter explaining the process, the candidate profiles, the ballot, and the self-addressed, stamped, return-envelope to be mailed to the teller of elections.  If you own your home and believe you did not receive this material in error, please contact vbhinfo@gmail.com ASAP.

 

For your convenience, the letter and the candidate profiles that were enclosed in the election materials are attached.

 

Please TAKE THE TIME TO VOTE and drop your ballot in a mailbox, or drop it off in person on the night of Tues, Oct 25, 2011.

Valleybrook Homeowners Association, Inc. will hold its Annual Meeting and Elections on Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at 7:00 pm in the clubhouse.

 

If you are interested in taking an active role on the Board of Directors by running for election, please fill out the attached Candidate Election Biography Form and return by Friday, September 30, 2011.  You may place your biography in a sealed envelope marked "election biography" and drop at the clubhouse dropbox, or you may fill it out and email to vbhinfo@gmail.com.

 

Any member who runs for election to the Board of Directors will have their name on the election ballot and their candidate biography will be printed for consideration in the upcoming mailing that will be sent to all 264 homeowner's in the beginning of October.

 

The Board of Directors of Valleybrook Homeowners Association is composed of six members.  The agenda for  the meeting on October 25, 2011 will be limited to the election of three (3) at-large candidates to the Board of Directors.  The term of office is three (3) years.  Homeowners are reminded that voting is reserved for members in good standing.
